The manual step can come in several forms with the most basic being a couple of steps with a supporting frame which is then permanently welded to the caravan body. It's an intrinsic quality that depends on the angle of the legs, and you need to get it right the first time around. The step can be pegged down with wire tent pegs for added stability, through the provided holes in the feet (pegs not included).
