ford fiesta steering feels heavy

It's been in the ford dealer for a week and one tech said he could feel a difference the other said it was fine and neither could find anything wrong with the car so no repairs completed. I am thinking of taking the car to another dealership to see if their techs can find the issue now but would like some input from you knowledgeable guys and girls.
